    Schedule

  • Arrival
    Friday 11 September

We highly recommend that everyone arrives on Friday.

If you arrive on Saturday, discuss with your fellow crew and captain what to do in case of delayed flights or lost luggage. Recently, airlines have been checking in hand luggage more often, so traveling with hand luggage only does not guarantee it will arrive on time.

  • Supply and Embark
    Saturday 12 September

Most people do their shopping on Saturday morning. Some supermarkets offer free delivery to the yacht. If you are price-conscious, do a bit of research first: It may be worth to take a taxi from a larger, cheaper supermarket.

Try to buy supplies for the whole week, as reprovisioning during the week will take you out of the bubble.

    Check-in is usually between 12:00 - 18:00. So make sure you're ready.

Yachts with early check-in will leave on Saturday afternoon and meet in a nearby bay, usually within one hour of sailing from the marina.

  • First Rendezvous
    Sunday 13 September

Sunday afternoon is our first rendezvous with the entire flotilla. This location will be within one day of sailing from the marina.

  • Sailing
    Monday 14 September

Sailing during the day and meetup at night. A great chance to get to know your crew mates better!

  • Arrival at Sink Location
    Tuesday 15 September

Arrival at the sink bay. We will choose a large bay where we can organize our main event, and we will stay here for two nights. Because of forest fire risk, we will not burn anything; instead, we will sink the effigy. The event may be delayed in case of bad weather.

  • No Sailing
    Wednesday 16 September

Fun and games in the bay and on the water!

  • Sailing
    Thursday 17 September

Sailing during the day and meetup at night. Slowly heading back to the starting point.

  • Back to Base
    Friday 18 September

People with rental yachts must be back at base on Friday afternoon. We will still sleep on board in the marina.

  • Check-Out and Decompression
    Saturday 19 September

On Saturday morning, we will leave the yachts early and move to the decompression location. Please bring leftover food and drinks to help minimize waste.

  • Decompression
    Sunday 20 September and onwards

Fun, games and relaxation at the decompression location.
